myHBA

myHBA is a student-led, peer support network for HBA students throughout their years at Ivey, with a specific focus on mental health. myHBA is committed to starting the conversation about mental health, providing students with the support they need, and strengthening interpersonal and self-resiliency. myHBA offers in-person peer-to-peer support sessions, workshops, year-round wellness events and connects students to resources.

What is myHBA?

Welcome to myHBA: the HBAA's mental health and wellness support system. We're here to uplift HBA students through their years at Ivey. With a focus on mental, physical, and spiritual wellness, myHBA offers in-person peer-to-peer support, a confidential email address, and several health and wellness events throughout the year to help you find your balance.

Peer-to-Peer Support

Need an ear? Need a hand? Reach out to myHBA in-person peer-to-peer support.

The myHBA team offers convenient office hours every Thursday from 1-2pm in room 1330, by appointment. Members of the myHBA team will be available to offer one-on-one support and guidance to students who are experiencing any type of stress. The team is made up of trained HBA2 and HBA3 students who are open to sharing their own experiences, and are knowledgeable about the various support resources offered by Western, Ivey, and the London community. Members of the myHBA team can also provide additional support outside of drop-in hours.

Whether you are going through a stressful time or just want someone to talk to, please drop by. You are never alone.

FEMAP (First Episode Mood and Anxiety Program)
